Motorcycle Ride and BBQ Block Party

This ride is put on by the Italian American War Vets Post 6 of East Boston. It is to raise money for two Wounded Warriors, Cpl Evan Reichenthal and Cpl Greg Caron. The ride starts at 1:00 at Boston Harley Davidson on Revere Beach Parkway in Everett. The ride will end at the ITAM Post 6, 60 Paris St in East Boston. Come to see the bikes, attend the ceremony at the end of the ride, eat at the cookout, have a drink, enjoy raffles and a DJ.

Memorial Day 2012

A few new details to add here. We will be leaving Whitman on Wednesday May 23, proceeding down to a parking area somewhere in the NYC vicinity and heading in to Ground Zero. We will then head back to the vehicles and continue south into New Jersey somewhere and spend the night. Thursday May 24 we will continue south to DC. Friday and Saturday will be sightseeing at our leisure, plans to be hammered out as we get closer. Sunday May 27 we will participate in the Rolling Thunder Rally from the Pentagon. Mon May 28 we will depart for Sunset Beach New Jersey for the Sunset Flag Ceremony, then head an hour or so north and spend the night. Tuesday May 29 will head the rest of the way home to Whitman. Should be a good trip, let Jack B or I know if you are planning to join us as the time has come to start making reservations.
